Tsukasa Nakamura has an extensive background in supporting local governments, with expertise ranging from performance improvement through digitalization and privatization to the creation of data-driven smart cities and innovation ecosystems. His main focus is fostering economic development through regional innovation, digitalization, and public-private partnerships.
Currently a Fulbright scholar, Tsukasa is pursuing a Master in Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School and a Master in Business Administration at MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tokyo. In his free time, Tsukasa enjoys traveling, learning local languages, and exploring history.
