About
Manvi Aggarwal is an impact-driven professional with a robust background spanning strategy, program management, and policy across both public and private sectors with over six years of experience. Her previous tenure with the government of India involved developing sustainable business models to enhance sales for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), thereby improving livelihoods for artisans, farmers, and entrepreneurs at the grassroots level. During a significant four-year period with Teach for India, Manvi spearheaded city strategy and operations for their flagship fellowship program, contributing to transformative educational and social change initiatives.
As an advocate for equitable education, she works collaboratively with a diverse array of stakeholders to shape policies that enhance access to quality education and mentor the next generation of education leaders.
Outside of work, Manvi is a trained classical dancer and a recent Formula 1 enthusiast. Her recent travels have ignited a fascination with the Middle East, and she is an avid animal welfare advocate and pet owner.
Initial Fellowship Focus: The fellow, alongside city leaders, will lead an iterative process to assess current employee performance policies, identify new sources of data, and develop strategies to engage key stakeholders.
