About
Alice Duncan-Graves has been interested in local and state government work for the last decade because decisions made at this level have a direct impact on our daily lives. She spent the five years prior to the Harvard Kennedy School working for the city of San Francisco in multiple positions from staff auditor in the Controller’s Office to principal analyst at the San Francisco Housing Authority.
Alice holds a bachelor’s degree in political, legal, and economic analysis from Mills College and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she focused on the intersection of data-informed decisions and policy implementation.
Initial Fellowship Focus: The fellow will assist in analyzing program data to track progress, evaluate impact, and inform program development. This work will ultimately help to shape Madison’s future growth by reducing carbon pollution and building a mature data-driven approach to addressing problems in other areas across the city.
